New Durham Township Physical Education Facilities Improvements Project
The Metropolitan School District of New Durham Township Physical Education Facilities Project consisted of a new baseball field on a recently obtained 10-acre site adjacent to the existing running track.
Karwick Nature Park
Haas & Associates recently designed and developed Michigan City's Karwick Nature Park, which was an adaptive reuse project, funded with grant money from Lake Michigan Coastal Program grants.
Orchard Pedestrian Way
Currently, Haas & Associates is involved in the environmental permitting and design phase of a pedestrian walkway in the Town of Porter, Indiana. Because of the project area’s proximity to natural wetlands
Washington Park 800 Dock Additions
This project involved the construction of a 450-foot long steel pile-supported, pre-cast concrete deck on steel beam luxury dock. It included cable TV, telephone, electrical and water hookups for each of the 54 slips, which are 35- and 40-feet long.
Washington Park Zoo Observation Tower Rehabilitation
Washington Park Zoo was started in 1925, and the Observation Tower was built in the mid-1930s. The Tower is one of the Zoo's buildings that is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Engineering Consulting
Haas & Associates provides Preliminary Engineering Reports (as defined by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management) necessary for the procurement of State Revolving Fund financing. These reports allow municipalities to investigate alternatives, feasibility, costs and environmental concerns for infrastructure systems

Wabash Street Green Infrastructure Improvements Project, Michigan City Redevelopment Commission
This project is being constructed in 2015-2016 and takes place within the Haskell and Barker Historic District in downtown Michigan City, Indiana along Wabash Street from U.S. Highway 12 to 11th Street.
Elston Grove Historic District Redevelopment
In 2007, Michigan City’s Department of Redevelopment retained the team of JJR and Haas & Associates to develop streetscape guidelines for the Elston Grove Historic District in downtown Michigan City, IN.
