Typical design elements include stormwater drainage sewers and detention basins, roads, parking lots, on-site water wells for drinking and field irrigation, septic systems, running tracks, press boxes, concession stand/restroom facilities, child play areas, walking trails, picnic shelters, and other ancillary structures and amenities.

Our award winning park design services can best be exemplified by Patriot Park in Michigan City, Indiana. Recipient of the National Softball Association 2001 Outstanding Park Award. Patriot Park is a 1.94 million dollar park on 120 acres featuring four lighted ball fields, concession/service building, lighted soccer field, walking paths, shelters and ADA accessible parking.

Michigan City High School Athletic Complex

This project included the construction of six irrigated, underdrained athletic fields, a concession stand, public restrooms and press box facility, and a nine-lane polyurethane-surfaced asphalt running track.
